Each bottle of Amplifying Antibody Dilution Buffer is enough for 160 slides; It is specially formulated to allow for successful repeated freezing and thawing of antibodies. Although it contains a broad spectrum anti-microbial, it has no perservatives to interfere with key enzymes such as peroxidases.
