This antibody detects DNMT1, which is part of the family of methyltransferase genes and is constitutively expressed in proliferating cells.
Features
  • ERK1 and ERK 2, also called p44 and p42 MAP kinases, are memebrs of the Mitogen Activated Protein Kinase (MAPK)  family of proteins found in all eukaryotes. This antibody detects both ERK 1 and ERK 2 (ERK1/2) because they are highly homologous and both function in the same protein kinase cascade.
