The Antibody Amplifier Eclipse™ utilizes a common technique used in western blotting and applies it to IF. During antibody incubation, slides are submerged and rocked in a greatly diluted antibody solution. Antibody dilutions at 1:100,000 are frequently seen using the Antibody Amplifier Eclipse™. One Antibody Amplifier Eclipse™ consists of 12 separate, watertight compartments, each fitting one standard microscope slide. This layout allows for the testing of 12 separate antibodies concurrently, or the concurrent titration of antibodies. The Antibody Amplifier Eclipse™ offers all the benefits of the Antibody Amplifier™ plus the security of super opaque construction for all your fluorescence needs.The Antibody Amplifier Eclipse™ even improves the ease and confidence of live cell experiments;
