This methyl green counterstain solution is designed for nuclear counterstaining after completion of Immunohistochemistry staining or for routine histology. Nuclei will be stained green color, which will provide excellent contrast to brown color (Ultra DAB), blue  color (Ultra DAB Blue),  or red color (Nuclear Fast Red Counterstain). 60ml size.

  • Used for visualizing antigens in immunohistochemistry and similar cell based techniques.

    Nuclei will be stained green color, which will provide excellent contrast to brown or red chromogens. 

    Does not require dehydration steps, just dry tissue after counterstaining and add mounting media.
