Folks,
In case you were thinking about purchasing this produce, I wanted to let you know that we just purchased
one of these devices and recently compared the results of using our standard IHC staining procedure with
those obtained using an "Antibody Amplifier". We were able to get comparable results with the Amplifier while
using 15-fold less primary antibody and 100-fold less secondary antibody. The logistics were also much
easier and saved us a lot of time usually spent in tediously applying adhesive staining chambers, coverslips
or PAP pen barriers. (So far, the only disadvantage I see is that you can not use different antibody
combinations on the same slide.)

Just wanted to let you know that we already ordered and received a set of these last week at the Univ. of NC
and are using them very well at a dilution of 1:10,000. What a great idea and the results are amazing! I think
that we may order some more in the very near future :-)
