What is your return policy?
answer: We will gladly replace any product that arrives damaged from
shipment; We will replace any product that arrives with a manufacturing
defect; Should either of these occur, please contact us for a replacement,
free of charge.
Do you accept purchase orders?
answer: Yes. During checkout, choose "purchase order" under payment
choice, enter your purchase order number, and leave expiration fields
blank. Submit your order, and you will receive an invoice by mail. Please
include either the date of purchase, the PO number, or the order number on
your check so your account can be credited with the payment.
Do you accept orders by fax?
answer: Yes, but please either ask for a return fax confirmation or call if you
have not received your order after a week, because our fax screens for
"junk mail" and we want to make sure we receive your order!
Why do you only offer 3 day shipping?
answer: Because the Antibody Amplifier™ has been priced to be affordable
for labs of all sizes, we feel that the cost to you for 2 day or overnight
shipping defeats the purpose of our low pricing. If you have an emergency,
and need the Antibody Amplifier™ quicker, please contact us, and we can
make special arrangements.
Do you ship internationally?
answer: Yes, we offer international shipping. Please change the "country"
option on the checkout page when ordering to avoid error reponses. Also
note, the purchaser is responsible for custom and duty charges. Our
products may be labeled as "plastic slide box" so as not to be held by
customs.
Why must I leave a message when calling and
wait for a return call?
answer: We are a small company, and have to prioritize our duties. Every
employee of Prohisto is a trained scientist. Therefore, if you do get a
recorded message, it is because we are in the lab, trying to improve IHC
even more!

answer: Email. We check our email frequently, about every 20 minutes. If
you have questions about ordering, or need troubleshooting help, write us.

What is your company's mission statement?
answer: To improve confidence in IHC and IF results by providing an
apparatus that : increases reproducibility, increases antibody efficiency,
improves consistency, and enables the refreezing of antibodies. ProHisto is
also committed to overcoming the drawbacks in immunocytochemistry
techniques, such as reagent run-off and cell drying.
