A chromogen substrate with accompanying activator buffer that reacts with horseradish peroxidase resulting in a dark blue stain. Used in immunohistochemistry. Dab blue is packaged as a buffer and accompanying activators.
Features
  • Used for visualizing antigens in immunohistochemistry and similar cell based techniques.

    Reacts with horseradish peroxidase and alkaline phosphatase resulting in a dark blue stain.

    Can be used with several counterstains, such as methyl green and hematoxylin.

    Can be used for double labeling tissue on a single microscope slide.

    Use as much as is needed- can prepare in small batches if neccessary.

    Processes 300 slides.
