A chromogen substrate that reacts with horseradish peroxidase resulting in a reddish brown stain. Used in immunohistochemistry. Ultra DAB brown is packaged as a buffer and accompanying activator.
Features
  • Used for visualizing antigens in immunohistochemistry and similar cell based techniques.

    Reacts with horseradish peroxidase and alkaline phosphatase resulting in a reddish brown stain.

    Can be used with several counterstains, such as methyl green and hematoxylin.

    Use as much as is needed- can prepare in small batches if necessary.

    Processes 300 slides.
