ProHisto offers a variety of immunohistochemistry kits to fufill every lab's need. Our buffer based kits include your choice of Antibody Amplifier™
or Antibody Amplifier Eclipse™,
Amplifying Antibody Dilution Buffer, 20X Amplifying IHC Wash Buffer, and the optional Epitope Unmasking Solution. These kits do not contain secondary antibodies or visualization regeants, ie DAB. Our brand new Immunoamp kits come with biotinylated secondary antibodies, ABC complex reagents, and DAB. ProHisto offers a monoclonal based Immunoamp kit, and a polyclonal based Immunoamp kit. Immunoamp kits can be used with frozen or paraffin embedded sections.
