| Nanette Nascone-Yoder (North Carolina State University) wrote: Folks, In case you were thinking about purchasing this product, I wanted to let you know that we just purchased one of these devices and recently compared the results of using our standard IHC staining procedure with those obtained using an "Antibody Amplifier". We were able to get comparable results with the Amplifier while using 15-fold less primary antibody and 100-fold less secondary antibody. The logistics were also much easier and saved us a lot of time usually spent in tediously applying adhesive staining chambers, coverslips or PAP pen barriers.
